I am currently in the process of becoming an in-network provider with Providence, Optum/United Healthcare, and Regence BlueCross BlueShield. If you are covered by one of these plans, please reach out—I expect to begin accepting them very soon and can keep you updated on the timing.

In the meantime, I am an out-of-network provider and partner with Thrizer to make using your current benefits seamless. Through Thrizer, many clients only have to pay their co-insurance rate at the time of session while they handle all the claims and paperwork for you. I can also provide a monthly "superbill" for direct reimbursement if you prefer.

All sessions are conducted online (video) through a secure platform, making therapy convenient and accessible from anywhere in Oregon.

While my practice is Telehealth-only, I am located in the Portland, OR area. This online approach allows me to connect with you to help you heal from attachment trauma and establish lifelong skills for cultivating a secure, trusting relationship with yourself and those you love.

It is simple and secure. Once we decide to move forward after our consultation, I will send you a few digital documents to complete the intake process.

Before each session, you will receive a link via email that takes you directly to our secure video platform. I recommend logging in about 10–15 minutes early. This gives you time to make sure your camera and microphone are working, but more importantly, it gives you a moment to settle into your space and take a breath before we begin.

Many insurance plans (PPO, POS, and some HDHPs) offer out-of-network benefits that reimburse a significant portion of therapy costs. Typically, you would pay the full fee upfront, submit a "superbill" to your insurer, and wait weeks for a check.

To make this easier, I use Thrizer. They act as a bridge: they verify your specific plan's "out-of-network" coverage, file the claims for you, and allow you to pay only your co-insurance amount at the time of our session. This keeps your out-of-pocket costs lower and eliminates the paperwork headache.
