IFS Inspired Coaching
A program designed to help you stop fighting against yourself, and start leading with a sense of calm and internal clarity.
Available Nationwide
For the person who has it all together, but feels like they’re falling apart inside.
On the outside, you are the reliable one.
You’re the person who hits the deadlines, keeps the peace, and makes sure everyone else is taken care of.
You’ve mastered the art of high-achievement, but the internal cost is a constant, quiet exhaustion. You’ve been using self-sacrifice as a fuel source for so long that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to just be.
Do you ever feel like…
“I’m not good enough”
No matter how many goals you hit or praise you receive, a part of you insists you aren’t doing enough.
You’ve mastered high-achievement, but the internal finish line keeps moving.
Your own worst critic?
You rely on harsh self-criticism to stay motivated. You fear that if you stop being hard on yourself for even a moment, your productivity—and your entire system—will fall apart.
You have an internal tug-of-war going on?
You feel a constant conflict between the part of you desperate to rest and the part that refuses to stop.
This internal noise makes it impossible to feel a sustained sense of calm.
If you answered “yes” to any of these, this program is for you.
IFS INSPIRED COACHING
A clear path to internal peace.
In this 1-on-1 goal-oriented program, we use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework to move you from internal conflict to a state of calm self-leadership.
We all have different “parts”.
We all have an internal system made up of "parts"—like the Inner Critic, the People-Pleaser, or the Perfectionist. These parts each play a role in how you protect yourself and navigate the world. When these parts have conflicting needs or are stuck in old patterns of survival, you feel a constant internal tug-of-war and a lack of confidence in your choices.
This program shows you how to bridge the gap between these different internal parts of yourself to create alignment. You will learn to move from a state of "managing" your stress to a state of Self-leadership, where you can lead your system from a place of calm, curiosity, and clarity.
In this program, you can expect to:
Identify your "Protector" parts
Gain a clear map of the internal voices that drive your perfectionism and self-criticism, and learn how to help them step back so they no longer run the show.
Develop Internal Nurturing
Learn the practical skill of "re-parenting"—staying present with the parts of yourself that feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unheard.
Create Internal Alignment
Resolve the tug-of-war between competing parts of yourself so you can make decisions from a centered, confident anchor.
Establish Sustainable Boundaries
Learn to protect your energy and say "no" without the crushing weight of guilt or the need to over-explain.

I’m Kaitlyn “Red” Wilson
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon for over 20 years.
Throughout my career, I have seen a need for a more action-oriented, collaborative space to do deep "parts work" outside of the traditional medical model.
I created IFS Inspired Coaching to be that space. I am passionate about sharing the power of Internal Family Systems (IFS) because I have seen it work—not just for my clients, but in my own life. I bring a playful, creative, and deep approach to this program, helping you unburden old patterns so you can finally feel at home in your own life.

Common Questions
-
No. While I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon, IFS Inspired Coaching is a distinct, non-clinical service. Coaching is goal-oriented and focused on internal alignment and Self-leadership. We do not provide clinical diagnoses, nor do we treat mental health disorders as defined by the DSM-5. If you are in need of clinical mental health treatment, I am happy to provide resources to help you find a qualified therapist.
-
Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma and managing clinical symptoms to reach a baseline of functioning. Coaching is for individuals who are already functioning well but feel internally "stuck" or conflicted. It is action-oriented and collaborative, focusing on the "here and now" of your internal system to help you reach a specific state of Self-leadership.
-
Yes. Because this is a coaching service and not a regulated clinical practice, I am able to work with clients across the United States and internationally. All sessions are conducted virtually via a secure Google Meet link, allowing you to engage in this work from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
-
No. Because coaching is not considered a "medically necessary" treatment for a mental health diagnosis, it is not eligible for reimbursement through health insurance providers or HSA/FSA accounts. This allows us to work outside the constraints of the medical model and focus entirely on your personal growth and internal system alignment.
-
Consistency is key to internal system work. I require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.
-
Not at all. While some clients come to me because they’ve read about Internal Family Systems, many have never heard of it. I will provide all the "mapping" and guidance you need. All you need to bring is a sense of curiosity about your own internal world.iption
