Individual Therapy
Holistic & Affirming Online Therapy in Oregon
A Space to Be Seen, Heard, and Understood
Somatic, parts-work, and affirming therapy for trauma, neurodivergence, and relationship diversity.
No two nervous systems are exactly alike. If you didn't receive the emotional safety and nurturing you needed growing up, your body likely learned to protect you by staying in survival mode. You may find yourself wrestling with an inner critic, feeling overwhelmed by daily life, or masking your true self just to get through the day—logically knowing you need care, but not knowing how to let your guard down enough to receive it.
I believe deep work happens when we access the unconscious through the body, the imagination, and secure connection. By combining the structural approach of IFS (Internal Family Systems) with the grounding tools of somatic therapy and a deeply relational, neurodiversity-affirming lens, we will bridge the gap between your mind and body.
Our goal is not just relief, but transformation: giving a voice to the parts of you that have been silenced, honoring your unique processing style, and building the actual somatic skills you need to move from self-sacrifice to security.

Attachment Trauma & Complex PTSD
Many of us carry wounds from childhood where our emotional needs went unmet, or we didn't feel truly seen, heard, or understood. You might experience deep inner conflict, feeling as though parts of yourself are constantly battling one another. My goal is to help you build a secure attachment with yourself, releasing old burdens so you can trust your own ability to heal.
Some signs you might be struggling with this:
Feeling constantly on guard or unable to relax.
A harsh inner critic that creates feelings of self-loathing.
Difficulty trusting others or fear of abandonment in relationships.
Feeling "young" or helpless when triggered by stress.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Care (ADHD & Executive Functioning)
Your brain is not broken—it is simply wired differently. I provide shame-free, practical support for ADHD minds, helping you understand your unique executive functioning style, tame the daily overwhelm, and build a lifestyle that works with your brain rather than fighting against it. You deserve a space where your processing style is respected, not pathologized.
Some signs you might be struggling with this:
Chronic burnout from constantly trying to mask or pass as neurotypical.
Getting frozen by large tasks or struggling to initiate daily routines.
Intense cycles of hyperfocus followed by absolute mental exhaustion.
Feeling deep shame over unfinished projects, clutter, or time management.
LGBTQIA+ and Queer-Affirming Therapy
You never have to justify, debate, or explain your identity in this space. Whether you are navigating the queer or gender spectrum, exploring your transition, or looking for a therapist who truly gets it, I provide a deeply celebratory room. We will work together to process the weight of living in a world that doesn't always understand, while honoring your resilience and joy.
Some signs you might want support with this:
Exhaustion from navigating microaggressions or heteronormative expectations.
Anxiety around coming out, transitioning, or exploring new facets of your identity.
Desiring a therapist who already understands the language and culture of the community without you having to teach them.
Wanting to work on general mental health goals without your identity being viewed as the problem.
Consensual Non-Monogamy and Relationship Diversity
Relationships come in many creative configurations, and yours deserves to be understood on its own terms. If you practice polyamory, ethical/consensual non-monogamy, or are exploring alternative relationship structures, you will find a completely judgment-free space here focused on helping you cultivate secure, trusting, and deeply communicative connections.
Some signs you might want support with this:
Navigating the emotional landscape of opening up a relationship for the first time.
Overwhelm surrounding scheduling, boundary-setting, or managing multi-partner dynamics.
Untangling complex feelings of jealousy or insecurity from a place of curiosity rather than shame.
Wanting relationship or individual therapy where your alternative structure is respected and validated as healthy.
Anxiety, Depression, and Life Transitions
When life shifts or the daily weight feels too heavy to carry, it is easy to feel completely overwhelmed by your emotions. We won't treat anxiety or depression as flaws to be fixed, but as parts of you that are exhausted, overwhelmed, or trying desperately to protect you from getting hurt. We will work collaboratively to understand what these parts need, quiet the internal noise, and help you find your way back to a sense of stability and inner peace.
Some signs you might be struggling with this:
Feeling completely disconnected from your body or stuck in your head.
A constant underlying sense of dread or waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Feeling physically exhausted and unmotivated, even after a full night's sleep.
Finding it incredibly difficult to navigate recent changes in your career, relationships, or identity.
Your nervous system learned to survive; now we can teach it to rest.
My Approach to Therapy
Our work together is rooted in attunement, collaboration, and creativity.
My goal is to create fertile ground where you feel truly seen and heard , so you can begin to understand and trust yourself, regulate your nervous system, and make choices that align with your deepest values. I believe that deep, lasting healing happens when we access the wisdom of the unconscious mind and the body.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Parts Work
I became a therapist to share the power of IFS. We are not just one monolithic personality; we are made up of a “family” of different parts.
Some parts of us carry old childhood or generational wounds, while other parts work overtime as protective barriers to shield us from feeling that pain. In our work, we will map out these internal dynamics with deep curiosity and compassion. Instead of trying to fight or eliminate the protective parts of you that cause distress, we will help them step out of their extreme roles, resolve your inner conflict, and allow your core, compassionate Self to lead with calm and confidence.
Somatic, Body-Oriented, & Grounding Practices
Trauma, chronic stress, and anxiety do not just live in our thoughts—they get physically trapped in our nervous systems. Real, lasting healing requires bringing the body into the room.
I incorporate gentle somatic tools, modern grounding practices, and mindful awareness to help you track your physical sensations in real-time, release accumulated survival energy, and safely expand your capacity to feel anchored, stable, and at ease.
These practices are always tailored to honor your unique nervous system, making them deeply supportive for neurodivergent sensory profiles and ADHD burnout.
Non-Violent Communication
The way we speak to ourselves and others directly impacts our sense of safety and connection. Nonviolent Communication is a powerful tool that helps us look beneath reactive behaviors, intense conflicts, or harsh self-criticism to discover the core human needs that are longing to be met.
Together, we will work on untangling your feelings from judgements, learning to communicate with radical honesty, and building a deeply compassionate relationship with yourself and those around you.
This framework provides an exceptionally clear, shame-free map for navigating neurodivergent communication styles, masking fatigue, and relationship differences.
Attachment Repair & Relational Therapy
We are hurt in relationships, and we heal in relationships. Because attachment trauma often stems from early experiences where it wasn’t safe to trust others, the bond we build together in the therapy room is a vital part of your healing.
I offer a secure, collaborative space where you can practice expressing your needs, setting boundaries, and experiencing what it feels like to be truly seen and accepted exactly as you are.
This relational work is fully neurodiversity-affirming, honoring your natural ways of connecting and building trust without forcing you to conform to neurotypical expectations of intimacy.
How We Can Meet: Online or In Nature
While the majority of my practice is conducted via secure online therapy throughout the state of Oregon, I believe healing can happen beyond the screen. For clients local to the area, I offer Walk-and-Talk Therapy—combining traditional somatic and relational work with the natural grounding benefits of movement and nature. Whether we connect online from the comfort of your own space or side-by-side outdoors, our sessions are entirely tailored to your comfort and safety.
Our Nature Locations:
Laurelhurst Park — An accessible, flat, and beautifully canopy-covered space perfect for gentle, low-impact pacing and grounding sensory awareness by the water.
Mt. Tabor Park — A dynamic, expansive volcanic landscape with forested dirt trails and elevation shifts, ideal for utilizing physical movement to release deeper stress and accumulated survival energy.
